Mark is the Operations Manager at RCP and brings more than 30 years of experience within the roofing and cladding industry, including over 20 years in contract management roles.

Having spent much of his career delivering complex roofing and cladding projects, Mark has developed a reputation for building strong relationships with clients, solving problems collaboratively and maintaining high standards across every aspect of project delivery. At RCP, he plays a key role in supporting project teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the quality standards expected by our clients. Mark has a particular interest in health, safety and quality management, helping to create a culture where projects are delivered correctly, safely and with attention to detail.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, hiking in the Lake District and occasionally testing his resilience with an ice bath.
